COVID-19 continues to evolve and change. The recommendations for COVID-19 continue to evolve and change as well. To keep up with the frequent changes, MSAD #30 has decided to retire all current COVID-19 plans, guidance, and reference materials.
Moving forward, MSAD #30 will follow current CDC guidelines to ensure that the guidance remains up to date and accurate with current CDC recommendations.
The CDC has created an easy-to-use tool to help provide guidance to the public about various COVID-19 scenarios. If you or your student(s) have tested positive for COVID-19 or been exposed to COVID-19, please use the following tool to help determine what you should do next.
To locate the tool, visit the following website - https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/isolation.html
Alternatively, you may google “CDC COVID 19 Calculator”.
The tool will ask you questions based on dates and symptoms to give you current CDC recommendations on masking, testing and isolation.
With any questions, as always do not hesitate to reach out to our school nurse, Tara Smith by calling either school if you need help with current COVID-19 guidelines.
MSAD #30 has received additional COVID tests from the federal government.
These tests are free to our students and their families.
For safety reasons we cannot send the tests home with kids on the bus. Adults can pick tests up from the main office of either school from 7:30AM – 2:30PM.
We are seeing a few cases of COVID in our schools. We are also seeing high rates of strep throat, the common cold, and stomach bugs.
Please give your student(s) a quick checkup before they head to school to make sure they are feeling well enough to participate in school.
Due to weather and in light of safety, M.S.A.D. 30 will have a 2 hour delay in opening this morning Thursday, January 25th..Stay safe.
Please take a moment to read through this flyer on strep throat, as we have seen a rise in strep.

MSAD 30 will be dismissing at 12:30 pm today January 16
Due to the storm.
Due to weather conditions, MSAD 30 will be closed on Wednesday, January 10th. Stay safe.
