Yesterday, our students in grades 3 through 8 had the invaluable opportunity to attend an engaging Anti-Bullying Assembly led by Doc Goodwin, the esteemed founder of the Maine Veteran's Project. Doc Goodwin's visit was not only informative but also inspiring, as he shared his insights and experiences related to bullying and bullying prevention.
The students were also given the chance to engage in collaborative team-building activities within various groups, allowing them to connect with peers they might not typically associate with.
We are grateful for Doc Goodwin's dedication to such an important cause and look forward to continuing our efforts to promote anti-bullying initiatives within our school!

Dear Parent and Guardians:
We have a large number of our students who are participating in our afterschool
Sports program. It has come to my attention that some of our students are
without a ride home following the practices and or games. The students are not in the position to arrange their own rides, nor should the coaches and volunteer coaches need to arrange for individual transportation home after practices or games. As parents and guardians of these very precious students, please make sure that they have timely transportation following their participation. Coaches provide a schedule of games and practices- please make appropriate arrangements for their safe travel home.
Thank-you,
William P. Braun, Superintendent
With cold, flu, and allergy season here, it can be tough to know whether to send your child to school or keep them home when theyβre feeling unwell. Our Nurse has a quick guide to help you decide when they might be too sick for school. π Check it out!
