The MSAD #30 FLU CLINIC will be next week, Wednesday, October 30th. Students went home with permission forms last week. If you wish to have your student immunized at the clinic next week we need permission forms back by Thursday of this week. If you need another form sent home with your student please call the school. Health Access Network will be providing Influenza (FLU) vaccinations only. If you have interest in other vaccinations, please contact your students primary care provider or pharmacy.
