early release solar eclipse

The anticipation for the solar eclipse is quite understandable, as these celestial events are a rare and educational experience. MSAD 30 has taken a thoughtful step by planning an early release (LW-11:30am & MJ 11:40) for students and families to prepare for this occasion. It's a wonderful opportunity for the community to come together, witness, and learn from this astronomical phenomenon. With the path of totality crossing through parts of Maine, it's an event that's not to be missed. Remember to use proper eye protection like ISO-certified eclipse glasses to safely enjoy the view. At dismissal our students will be sent home with their own glasses for viewing.
